more than 50% more. also in sports, an injury from celebration. this one will be from a high five. but first a developing story overnight. for a second night in a row, officials have found what they're calling dry ice bombs at los angeles international airport. one exploded, but they're said to be relatively harmless. officials tell nbc crews recovered at least three this restricted areas including one below a plane. a similar device, a 20 ounce bolt with dry ice inside of it, exploded in the bathroom of a restricted area of a different terminal on sunday night. that one did zero damage. right now authorities believe there is no terrorist connection. thousand t now the latest in morning. later this morning, mitch mcconnell will present a bipartisan plan to his felly republicans th

fell low republicans. the deal would, a, keep the government funded until january the 15th. the same day that new deeper rounds of sequestration kicks in. b, would raise the debt limit through february 7th. and create a new budget conference to resolve major tax and spending issues by no later than tdecember 13th. the deal also allows government agencies to have more flexibility to implement sequester related cuts. the senate could vote on the bill as soon as tomorrow. however, the deal does not include any language to dismantle obama care, nor would it include a repeeflt medical device tax, those are two major sticking points for the tea party caucus. ted cruz is still unsure whether or not he'd block a vote on the bill. and in the house, congressman tim huelskamp suggested the larger impact of voting for the deal saying, quote, we've got a name for it in the house, it's called the senator surrender you

can causes. anybody who would vote for that in the house as republicans would virtually guarantee a primary challenger, end quote. one major takeaway from the shutdown is the impact it's had on the republican party. new abc "washington post" poll finds 74% of americans disapprove of the way the republicans are handling the budget talks. disapproval for democrats, 61%. 53% for president obama. meanwhile nearly 50% of republicans are not happy with the way their open pawn party i handling crisis. 74% for independents. president obama not letting up yesterday when it comes to the potential consequences of a gee fault. >> not only is it untenable for us to continue the shut down oi oig, this week if we don't start making real progress both in the house and the senate, and if

snowden. they show nearly 700,000 address books were collected in a single day, including nearly a half million from yahoo!. that works out to more than 250 million contact lists a year assuming they did it every gday. the information can be collected when a user logs on or even just composes a message. in a statement the nsa said the national security agency is focused on discovering and developing intelligence about valid foreign intelligence tar wrists like terrorists, human traffickers and drug smugglers. we're not interested in personal information about order americans. dramatic video surfacing of the moment two car bombs exploded right outside headquarters of syria's state tv station.
